Job summary

Balchem Corporation seeks a Production Operator to join our Utah manufacturing team. You will set up and operate CMC production equipment, prepare raw materials, and move finished products to the warehouse while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.

You will follow prescribed instructions, log production details, perform housekeeping, and support continuous improvement initiatives to ensure efficient, compliant operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school certificate or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write and perform mathematical calculations.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions; good oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operates CMC production equipment safely producing quality products.
• Follows all safety policies and procedures including use of PPE and SOPs.
• Prepares raw materials for processing and moves finished product to warehouse.
• Maintains a log of production data including lot numbers, weights and operators.
• Performs housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe work area.
