Braven is seeking a Part-Time Substitute Leadership Coach to support virtual Learning Labs for Fellows, delivering a two-hour session to a cohort of 5-8 students from a remote setting.

You will join Braven's External Affairs Volunteer Team, gain teaching experience, and receive training. The role requires evening/weekend availability and offers flexible scheduling through December 18, 2026, with potential continuation into 2027.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of teaching, facilitation or public speaking experience.
• Ability to lead virtual sessions and work with college Fellows.
• Evening and weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate virtual Learning Labs for Fellows.
• Prepare by meeting with Braven team and practice independently.
• Attend all LC trainings to be equipped with knowledge and skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
