Job summary

BCBST BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, Inc. seeks an experienced Manager, Identity & Trust Engineering to lead strategy, engineering, and operations for enterprise identity, certificates, secrets, and digital trust.

You will guide modernization efforts, automation, and security platform maturity across security and delivery teams. Ideal candidates bring extensive experience in identity, authentication, privileged access, PKI, and governance, plus strong communication with executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent years of experience.
• CISSP or CISM certifications are required or must be obtained within 2 years.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, implementation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of security technologies.
• Develop and communicate policies and procedures for IT security compliance.
• Develop and report metrics to measure the Information Security Program's effectiveness.
• Provide SME on information security standards (NIST, PCI, ISO 27001, MAR).
• Collaborate with senior leaders to present security status and enable business needs.
