Job summary

Humana is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer to shape Windows solutions across multiple lines of business, including Home Health and Primary Care. You will lead the strategy, design and implementation of enterprise Windows technology, including Intune and ConfigMgr, and guide teams across Architecture and Product Management.

Ideal candidates have deep expertise in Windows endpoint management, deployment, security and automation.

Qualifications

• Five years of Windows endpoint management using Group Policy, ConfigMgr or Intune.
• Three years delivering new technologies via Proof of Concepts/Values.
• Two years managing Edge via policy tools or Edge Management Service.
• Three years configuring OEM hardware, BIOS, drivers, and security for Windows endpoints.
• Three years deploying Windows using OSD, Autopilot, or virtual platforms like Hyper-V or Windows 365/AVD.
• Two years automating with PowerShell, Python or similar languages.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic direction, design and implementation of associate technology focused on Windows solutions.
• Oversee policy management, compliance and automation across Windows endpoints and configurations.
• Partner with Architecture, Product Management, Support Services, and Experience & Design teams.
• Ensure business continuity and security/privacy for Windows devices.
