Job summary

Tunabear Consulting Services seeks a hands-on Test Automation/AI Solutions Lead to provide technical leadership across FICA Redesign, CAI, and RPA initiatives. You will design test solutions, AI-enabled workflows, and reusable patterns while ensuring security and governance across enterprise systems.

You will apply prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and REST/JSON/API integrations. Remote work is supported, with PST hours and contract through mid-2027.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of direct experience in test automation, AI solutions, or enterprise automation.
• Experience designing test solutions, dashboards, and automation frameworks.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents, AI-enabled workflows, and automation using enterprise AI tools.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and evaluation techniques.
• Experience integrating AI/automation into enterprise applications using REST APIs, JSON, SQL, scripting, and orchestration.
• Familiarity with SDLC activities and production support practices.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical leadership for test automation, AI-enabled SDLC, CAI, and RPA initiatives.
• Design and build test solutions, dashboards, management frameworks, and automation capabilities.
• Develop AI agents and AI-enabled workflows using enterprise AI platforms.
• Apply prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and reusable patterns across programs.
• Integrate AI/automation into enterprise apps via REST APIs, JSON, SQL, and scripting.
• Support SDLC activities, design docs, test case generation, and incident analysis.
• Advance CAI solutions from design to production and ongoing improvement.
• Identify automation opportunities and establish reusable enterprise patterns.
