Job summary

Revenova LLC is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to own automated test strategy across our TMS and Salesforce platforms. The role emphasizes heavy automation and daily AI usage to generate test cases, maintain suites, and mentor the QA team.

The ideal candidate has hands-on AI tool experience, strong judgment to validate AI outputs, and familiarity with CI/CD integration. This position offers on-site Chicago work with remote options within the US.

Qualifications

• Hands-on use of AI tools in testing daily (e.g., Claude, Copilot).
• Ability to validate AI output and teach judgment to others.
• Experience reviewing or auditing test automation code (AI-generated code).
• Experience in API and integration testing; recognize risk layers.

Responsibilities

• Own automated test strategy for the TMS and Salesforce testing.
• Flag unreliable, flaky, or false-positive tests, including AI-generated ones.
• Set direction for automated test coverage on the Salesforce-native TMS; advise QA Manager.
• Use AI daily to generate test cases, maintain/refactor suites, and accelerate review of results.
• Mentor QA Analysts and engineers; share automation best practices.
• Build familiarity with the TMS and Salesforce platform; connect automation to CI/CD pipelines.
