Entegris is seeking a Lead, Technical Program Manager to drive ADM NPIs from concept to high-volume manufacturing. The role works as the technical execution owner, aligning BD, R&D, Engineering, Operations, and Manufacturing to meet performance, quality, and scalability targets.

The position is remote within the US and requires strong project management skills, risk mitigation, and stakeholder coordination across multiple functions to deliver on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required: Chemistry, Engineering, Materials Science or related discipline.
• 8+ years of direct experience with technical projects and engineering/workflow knowledge.
• Experience with advanced deposition technologies and/or NPD in semiconductor fabrication or high-tech manufacturing preferred.
• Strong PM skills including risk assessment, conflict management, meeting management, task management, stakeholder management & project closure.

• Identify and mitigate technical and execution risks across development and execution phases.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution to meet customer requirements, quality, and scale.

Job Title: Lead Technical Program Manager, ADM (Remote) Job Description:

Entegris is currently seeking a Lead, Technical Program Manager to join our Advanced Depositions Materials team. This position can be based remotely in the US within a state that Entegris operates in.

The Technical Program Manager (TPM) is responsible for driving Advanced Deposition Materials (ADM) New Product Introductions (NPIs) from concept through release to high volume manufacturing. This role serves as the technical execution owner, ensuring alignment across Business Development, R&D, Engineering, Operations, and Manufacturing to deliver ADM products that meet customer requirements for performance, quality, and scalability.

This is a remote opportunity, and the candidate can be based in the following states: Drive New Product Introduction’ from concept/feasibility through release to High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business priorities.

• Define, track, manage, and report New Product Introduction PI milestones (sampling, development, HVM)
• Identify and mitigate technical and executions risks across development and execution phases.
• Coordinate cross functional execution to meet customer requirements, quality, and scale
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Promote data‑driven decision‑making and structured problem‑solving.
• Aid in crafting customer communications to balance customer requirements, effective marketing of products, and strategic protection of information to maintain competitive advantage
• Manage complex, high-impact programs that are critical to the business or customer

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Engineering, Materials Science, or related degree/discipline is required.

• 8+ years of direct experience with technical projects and strong understanding of engineering workflows, development of lifecycles, or manufacturing processes.
• Preferred experience with advanced deposition technologies and/or new product development within semiconductor fabrication or related high-technology manufacturing environments.
• Strong project management skills, including but not limited to, risk assessment and mitigation, conflict management, meeting management, task management, stakeholder management & project closure
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
