Scopely is seeking a Lead Technical Product Manager for Live Technology to guide the roadmap of core live systems. You will partner with engineering, product, analytics, and operations to align strategy with execution and measurable impact on players and business.

You will drive KPIs across platform reliability, studio productivity, and disaster recovery, balancing data-driven decisions with stakeholder alignment and clear communications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading technical product management for game platforms or large-scale software.
• Strong engineering culture and cross-domain communication.
• Good PM methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong leadership and team management.
• Technical understanding of cloud/backend, Unity, AWS.
• Collaborative with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the vertical vision, strategy, goals, and roadmap for Live Technology.
• Translate complex technical needs into product direction and executable plans.
• Own vertical KPIs, success metrics, rollout plans, and investment measurement.
• Use data and technical fluency to identify high-value opportunities and prioritize.
• Lead product definition across studio productivity, live ops, platform reliability, scalability, and DR.
• Prioritize and deliver platform initiatives with Engineering, Product, Production, QA, Analytics.
• Connect tech strategy and investment to measurable product, player, and business outcomes.
• Align stakeholders on priorities, risks, and roadmap decisions with clear communication.
• Bridge development teams and internal users with clear vision and requirements.
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams with execution discipline and end-to-end accountability.
• Champion developer productivity, operational excellence, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Support incident response with structured communication and post-incident analysis.
