You will partner with engineering, data, and design to drive platform strategy, incident readiness, and scalable growth for a global player base. You will bridge engineering culture and product goals, own cross-team roadmaps, and drive KPIs and disaster recovery initiatives in a fast-paced, high-stakes

Qualifications

• 5+ years in game development platforms or large‑scale software systems.
• Able to bridge development teams and internal users with strong stakeholder alignment.
• Deep fluency in cloud platforms and backend architectures.
• Experience handling multiple concurrent workstreams with high execution discipline.
