Job summary

ZBeta Consulting, Inc. seeks a Lead System Design Engineer to guide a team of System Design Engineers and Designers in delivering high-quality security system designs.

You will oversee project assignments, review drawings, and ensure adherence to client standards, with a focus on growth and innovation within a remote-first US-based role. The successful candidate will have 5+ years in security design, experience with Revit/AutoCAD, and a track record of mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of security system design experience.
• 2+ years Revit and/or AutoCAD experience.
• Associate degree or Autodesk Certification in Revit, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of System Design Engineers and System Designers.
• Ensure designs meet client standards, project requirements, and quality metrics.
• Develop and maintain engineering standards, processes, and documentation formats.
• Coordinate with Project Manager to manage assignments and delivery timelines.
• Provide training and career development support within ZBeta.
