Job summary

Sentrillion is seeking a Systems Design Engineer to support the design, deployment, installation, testing, verification, and administration of physical security systems. This role emphasizes hands-on technical work, customer interaction, and involvement from concept through system acceptance, with the flexibility of remote work.

You will lead design and development of physical security systems, conduct site surveys, create BOMs and drawings, and work with customers to validate requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience may substitute.
• At least four years of broad technical experience.
• Strong experience with design documentation and site design.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support design and development of physical security systems.
• Create installation and deployment docs, site survey reports, BOMs, and drawings.
• Coordinate with customers to validate requirements and track status.
• Support installation teams and field activities; ensure compliance and QA.
