Ladders is seeking a Lead Procurement Manager to own procurement strategy and execution across key spend categories, with emphasis on technology sourcing and vendor management. This role partners with internal stakeholders to optimize purchasing workflows, improve spend discipline, and ensure agreements support business needs and risk considerations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management in tech or SaaS environments.
• 2+ years as a cross-functional project lead.
• Track record of scaling procurement processes in fast-paced environments.
• Strong negotiation skills for high-value SaaS and cloud agreements.
• Solid financial literacy with experience in budget management.

Responsabilités

• Drive procurement strategy and improve purchasing workflows and spending guidelines
• Manage high-value agreements for SaaS, cloud infrastructure, and corporate IT services
• Lead vendor selection and RFP processes, including total-cost analysis and security assessments
• Negotiate contracts for SaaS and IT services in alignment with stakeholder needs
• Conduct spend audits to optimize costs and reduce software redundancy
• Track KPIs and report on savings and vendor compliance to leadership
• Standardize procurement tools and processes to improve cross-functional visibility
