Job summary

Executive Talent Management Consulting is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to provide technical leadership across the core subsystems of a simulation software platform. You will guide architectural decisions, champion modern engineering practices, and lead the delivery of complex features with autonomy.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, 5 years of desktop software experience, and proficiency in C (C14+).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
5 years of desktop software development experience.
Experience with MODFLOW, MT3D or related contamination transport modeling.
Proficiency in C (C14 or later).
Experience developing Windows applications with Visual Studio (2019 or later).
Familiarity with Microsoft Foundation Classes (MFC) for Windows UI development.
Experience with object serialization and structured data formats (XML, JSON).

Responsibilities
