Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience as Technical Lead / Lead Developer or similar leadership role.
• Strong full-stack development with React, Next.js, TypeScript, Python, Flask.
• Experience with REST APIs, SQL, Docker in Agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and support scalable, enterprise-grade applications.
• Lead technical delivery within Agile teams and sprint execution.
• Perform code reviews and promote best practices.
• Facilitate Agile processes: sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation, retrospectives.
• Collaborate with architects, DevOps, and business partners to deliver solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and guide decisions.
• Mentor and support engineers through coaching and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to CI/CD, automated testing, deployment strategies, and release management.
• Help establish development standards, documentation, and procedures.
• Participate in technical assessments, interviews, and hiring initiatives.
