Job summary

Qualifications

• 7-12 months experience of generalist supervision of junior colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of complex software within the Merchandising Technology team.
• Provide mentorship and become the technical point of contact for engineers and stakeholders.
• Support the development and maintenance of Inventory 360 initiatives across platforms and services.
• Guide cross-functional collaboration with product management, architecture, and activation squads.
• Own and communicate the software roadmap to align with business goals.
