The position is exempt from timekeeping and focused on delivering reliable software, technical configurations, and compliant processes. On-site work in Birmingham or Atlanta is expected with standard in-office hours.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Five years of experience in a technology role or equivalent.
• Experience with large-scale system environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees development and installation of new hardware and software.
• Configures systems and software; tests for performance and reliability.
• Identifies and resolves business system issues.
• Designs and deploys new applications and enhancements to existing systems.
• Monitors system performance and implements improvements.
• Ensures compliance with risk management and cybersecurity practices.
• May lead junior associates and act as a procedural expert.
