Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a senior software engineering leader to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications. You will mentor engineers, coordinate cross-functional delivery, and shape cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure using C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, and modern frontend frameworks.

You will explore AI-driven capabilities with Azure OpenAI and contribute to scalable, secure architectures while maintaining strong production operations and API service development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with at least 6 years of software development experience or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading software engineering teams, mentoring developers, providing technical direction, and coordinating delivery across multiple functional groups.
• Professional experience developing enterprise applications with C#, .NET or .NET Core, and SQL Server.
• Professional experience with Microsoft Azure and the ability to design, develop, and support cloud-based applications.
• Recent professional experience building user interfaces with React or Angular 2+ within the past two years.
• Experience designing and developing scalable, maintainable enterprise applications translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience supporting production applications, diagnosing issues, monitoring performance, and implementing proactive fixes.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI is highly preferred for integrating AI-driven capabilities into enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices, CI/CD pipelines, modern software engineering practices, and Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to software engineers, conduct code reviews, and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with product owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable plans.
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using C#, .NET/.NET Core, SQL Server, and modern frontends (React/Angular).
• Build cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure with scalable, secure, and reliable architectures.
• Explore and integrate AI-driven capabilities using Azure OpenAI where appropriate.
• Develop and integrate APIs and services to support business objectives and modern delivery practices.
• Monitor production health, diagnose issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive fixes.
• Ensure security, compliance, and architecture standards across applications while optimizing performance.
• Foster an agile, collaborative team environment focused on quality and delivery.
