Qualifications

• Expertise in Ruby on Rails, JavaScript with React/Node, DevOps or Java.
• Experience designing and refactoring systems of moderate complexity.
• Consulting background across multiple organizations and domains.
• Strong communication across levels and mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Play a lead role in client development activities and system architecture.
• Lead and guide delivery efforts of a team of agents for a client.
• Drive discussions on client delight and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with Support Agents to remediate issues and grow teams.
• Teach and train client staff and agents in core technologies and practices.
• Address root-cause systemic issues and communicate trade-offs.
• Contribute to at least one company area consistently throughout the year.
• Uphold norms, values, and mission as expectations for every role.
• Identify opportunities and expand client relationships with leadership.
