Job summary

HonorVet Technologies is seeking a SharePoint Business Analyst for a remote 12-month engagement. The candidate will design, support, and improve SharePoint and web-based solutions, translating business requirements into user stories and prototyping the Permits and District Offices tools.

The role requires 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Solution Designer with SharePoint, Power Platform workflows, and enterprise content management.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst, Trainer, or QA Analyst.
• Strong analytical and written/spoken communication skills.
• SharePoint design, testing, and training expertise.

Responsibilities

• Designs and builds custom SharePoint and web-based solutions for Permits and District Offices.
• Gathers requirements from business clients and translates to user stories for Development Team.
• Prototypes, tests, debugs applications and processes, including the Permits virtual/help agent.
• Prioritizes and tracks work items for timely, high-quality delivery.
• Re-engineers business processes and identifies quick wins for District Offices and fee prep.
• Tests deliverables and creates training materials and documentation.
• Leads and mentors junior technical staff with guidance and oversight.
• Supports and improves live tools across stakeholders, developers, and end users.
