Allied Global Sandbox is seeking a remote Warm Lead Scheduler / Appointment Setter to support a merchant services campaign. You will contact store owners or POS customers, explain basics, qualify interest, and perform warm transfers to US-based Merchant Specialists.

Excellent English (C1+), confident phone presence, and friendly professionalism are essential. Responsibilities include following approved scripts, documenting outcomes in the CRM, and scheduling follow-up calls when needed.

Competenze

• Advanced English level: C1+ required.
• Previous experience as a scheduler, appointment setter, call center agent, SDR, or CSR.
• Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Friendly, confident, energetic, and personable.
• Organized and disciplined with CRM notes and follow-up tracking.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners, store managers, and decision-makers.
• Able to handle objections professionally.
• Coachable and adaptable to campaign feedback.

Mansioni

• Call assigned store owners/customers from provided lead lists.
• Handle basic first-line questions using approved scripts and FAQs.
• Identify whether the customer is ready to speak with a Merchant Specialist.
• Warm-transfer qualified customers to US-based Merchant Specialists.
• Schedule follow-up calls when a live transfer is not possible.
• Accurately document call outcomes, objections, transfer results, and follow-up needs in the CRM.
• Participate in weekly tracking and performance reviews.
• Escalate recurring questions, objections, or customer confusion to the campaign lead.
