Qualifications

10+ years of Salesforce development experience in a large‑scale enterprise environment.
Deep hands‑on experience with Salesforce CPQ, including Products, Pricing Rules, and Lookup Queries.
Mastery of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integration architectures.
Previous experience leading a team of developers successfully on projects.
Advanced understanding of the SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Salesforce Developer certifications required.

Responsibilities

Drive the development of high‑performance Salesforce solutions, including Apex, LWC, and integrations.
Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices for data model and security.
Act as a technical mentor and owner of the code review process.
Oversee the deployment lifecycle and CI/CD practices.
Partner with leadership for accurate project estimations within a SCRUM framework.
Resolve complex production issues using Developer Console and Debug Logs.
Leverage AI tools to enhance development efficiency and innovation.
