Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Lead Salesforce Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions for field operations. This role offers a fully remote position within the United States, with a focus on Field Service and AI-enabled capabilities, backend integrations, and enterprise-grade delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience in enterprise apps.
• 5+ years of Salesforce development with Service Cloud and Field Service.
• 2+ years of Field Service and Field Service Mobile App development.
• Strong experience configuring and extending Field Service capabilities.
• Advanced Salesforce development skills: Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, Platform Events.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integration and middleware

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, development, testing, deployment of Salesforce Field Service and SFS Mobile App.
• Own end-to-end technical solution design for field service capabilities and scheduling.
• Develop scalable, secure Salesforce solutions and integrate with enterprise systems.
• Design scheduling, routing, dispatch, and real-time technician actions.
• Provide technical leadership within Agile teams and ensure production readiness.
• Lead AI-enabled field service capabilities and agentforce use cases.
