• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with Service Cloud & Field Service.
• 2+ years of Salesforce Field Service and Field Service Mobile App development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and deployment of Salesforce Field Service and SFS Mobile App workflows.
• Own end-to-end technical designs for field service capabilities (Work Orders, Service Appointments, Resources).
• Develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, Platform Events, and SOQL.
