Westinghouse Electric Company LLC is seeking a Lead Risk Analyst to guide end‑to‑end risk management for complex projects. You will work with global project teams to identify, assess, quantify, and plan risk treatments, reporting to the Director of New Plant Risk Management in a fully remote role with limited travel.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of risk management experience, a related bachelor's degree, and hands‑on use of ARM/Safran tools within matrixed organizations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Risk Management experience in project or operational risk.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• Experience with ARM and/or Safran risk systems/tools.
• Familiarity working in global, matrixed organizations.
• Experience facilitating risk workshops or managing risk registers.

Responsibilities

• Perform database population, maintenance, and data analysis to lead insights and inform risk reporting.
• Maintain project risk registers with data accuracy and updates.
• Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and executive summaries in English.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate risk insights into project decisions.
• Support continuous improvement of risk processes, templates, and tools.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on a limited basis.
