Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking a Lead QA Engineer for a remote role based in the Philippines, with ASAP start. You will lead QA efforts, design and implement automation, and collaborate with developers to ensure the highest quality of software products.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in QA, strong automation experience with Postman and Selenium, API testing, and proficiency in Java, C#, or Python. Leadership is a plus; remote work flexibility and Azure/Microsoft collaboration opportunities

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in QA processes, programming languages, and test management tools.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
Certifications in Azure, Microsoft, Agile, etc. are preferred.
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
Experience in API Testing.
Programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
Leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement automation scripts using testing tools.
Create testing strategies, documentation, and processes.
Report and discuss issues with the development team.
Conduct both manual and automated testing, including script creation for projects.
Provide detailed records of results, test cases, and feedback to the project team.
Ensure the final product meets the project objectives.
