InOpTra Digital is searching for a Remote Data Engineer with expertise in Agentic AI to develop and maintain AI/ML model training frameworks. Responsibilities include designing data pipelines, fine-tuning open-source models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance AI capabilities. The ideal candidate will have solid Python skills, experience with LLM architectures, and a strong understanding of distributed training. Preferred qualifications include a Master’s or Ph.D. in a related field and prior contributions to open-source projects.

Qualificações

• Strong Python expertise with hands-on experience in PyTorch and Hugging Face Transformers.
• Deep understanding of LLM architectures, tokenizer mechanics, and parameter-efficient fine-tuning.
• Exposure to agentic AI frameworks and feedback-based continuous improvement systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Strong Data Engineer with Agentic AI experience for data extraction, transformation, and feature engineering.
• Build repeatable pipelines for fine-tuning and continuous model improvement (MLOps).
• Integrate agentic feedback loops for continuous self-improvement and autonomous retraining cycles.
