Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in software/platform engineering with recent production LLM applications.
• Hands-on expertise with agentic frameworks and tool/function-calling patterns.
• Strong RAG engineering across vector DBs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of agentic systems for enterprises.
• Work directly with client teams to translate business processes into designs.
• Define SLIs/SLOs for agent runs and implement tracing, metrics, and logging.

Skills

Hands-on expertise with agentic frameworks

Strong RAG engineering across vector DBs

Proven track record building observable LLM systems
