Placements24 is seeking a Lead Project Manager to drive strategic technology innovation initiatives in a fully remote environment. You will lead complex, technology-driven programs from ideation to implementation, leveraging Agile, Scrum, and Lean to enable fast, reliable delivery across global teams.

The role requires a strong leadership presence, exceptional communication, and proven ability to influence stakeholders in a remote-first setup.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 9+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in technology innovation or R&D.
• Proven experience leading complex, technology-driven projects, preferably in a remote setting.
• Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, Lean methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience with emerging technologies (AI, ML, IoT, Blockchain).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with influence.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Asana.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact technology innovation projects.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and resources; tailor methodologies (Agile, Scrum) as needed.
• Direct and mentor project teams in a collaborative remote environment.
• Collaborate with R&D, product development, and engineering to define objectives and deliverables.
• Identify emerging technology trends and assess business impact.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies with mitigation strategies.
• Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management across global teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in PM processes and innovation frameworks.
• Oversee integration of new technologies into existing systems.
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions and innovation workshops.
