• Experience serving as a Product Owner or working with Agile teams.
• Translating complex business requirements into product features, user stories, and rules.
• Experience defining, testing, implementing, or managing complex business rules.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs in a complex environment.
• Ability to collaborate across business, operations, compliance, and technology teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving.
• Ability to independently manage complex initiatives and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities.
• Own, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog to maximize value.
• Translate regulatory and operational requirements into features and rules.
• Define, document, implement, and govern complex business rules.
• Partner with compliance to reflect requirements in workflows and decision engines.
• Serve as the Agile team's primary product direction and backlog facilitator.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners through the development lifecycle.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and impacts.
• Balance priorities, regulatory needs, customer experience, and technical constraints.
• Develop acceptance criteria and ensure capabilities meet requirements.
• Support testing and validation of rules and capabilities.
• Establish governance to keep rules accurate and aligned with regulations.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
