Humana, Inc. is seeking a Lead Product Owner to define and execute the product vision for business-critical capabilities supporting sales compliance, business rule management, analytics, and Book of Business administration.

You will translate complex regulatory and operational requirements into product capabilities and backlogs while partnering with compliance, operations, and technology teams. This role requires strong analytical skills, independent judgment, and stakeholder influence.

• Experience translating complex requirements into product features and rules.
• Ability to collaborate across business, operations, compliance, and technology teams.
• Proven backlog management and prioritization in a complex environment.
• Experience as Product Owner or working with Agile teams.

Responsabilités

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities for sales compliance and Book of Business administration.
• Own, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog to maximize business value.
• Translate regulatory and operational requirements into features, user stories, criteria, and rules.
• Define and govern complex business rules for processes like eligibility, enrollment, servicing, retention, and producer management.
• Partner with compliance stakeholders to reflect requirements in system workflows and decision engines.
• Serve as the Agile team7s point of contact for product direction and backlog decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners across the product lifecycle.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and impacts on outcomes.
• Balance priorities with regulatory and technical constraints in decision-making.
• Develop clear acceptance criteria and ensure capabilities meet requirements.
• Support testing and validation of business rules and capabilities.
