Job summary
Humana Inc. seeks a Lead Product Owner for CenterWell Pharmacy capabilities to translate business needs into prioritized backlogs and deliver digital and operational solutions that improve patient access, refill adherence, fulfillment experience, and pharmacy performance.
You will own and prioritize the product backlog, define user stories and acceptance criteria, and partner with engineering, pharmacy operations and business teams while monitoring outcomes and optimizing based on member
Qualifications
- 5+ years product ownership or product management experience.
- Pharmacy, PBM, specialty pharmacy or Medicare experience.
- Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge.
