Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Lead Product Owner for CenterWell Pharmacy capabilities to translate business needs into a prioritized backlog and guide an Agile delivery team to deliver digital and operational solutions that improve patient access, refill adherence, and pharmacy performance.

You will own and prioritize the product backlog, define user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborate with engineering, pharmacy operations and business teams to optimize outcomes based on data and member

Qualifications

• 5+ years product ownership or product management experience.
• Pharmacy, PBM, specialty pharmacy or Medicare experience.
• Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge.
