Humana, Inc. is seeking a strategic Lead Product Manager to shape and deliver clinical solutions for members and providers. You will own the product lifecycle from vision to execution and optimization, guiding cross-functional teams across design, engineering, clinical, and operations.

You will prioritize backlog, drive analytics, and translate insights into strong business cases. Remote arrangement with travel for training may be required; compensation includes a bonus plan and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of product management and/or clinical solutions experience.
• Strong customer/end user orientation with a data driven decision making approach.
• Experience using standardized product management frameworks (user research, concept testing, business case development).
• Ability to articulate ideas effectively in writing and speech.
• Strong ability to drive cross functional teams to alignment in ambiguity.
• Experience driving transformation and delivering financially successful products.

Responsabilités

• Lead product vision, strategy, OKRs, roadmap across multiple clinical programs.
• Apply best practices: user research, concept testing, opportunity sizing, business case development, training, and de-risking barriers to scale.
• Prioritize backlog across competing needs balancing business objectives with customer insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine workflows, uncover pain points, and manage risk.
• Define data requirements with analytics and technology teams.
• Use a design-first approach to understand member and provider needs.
• Translate insights into business cases and prioritized product requirements.
• Drive continuous iteration and innovation to increase impact and value.
• Evaluate buy/build/partner decisions using consistent frameworks.
• Partner with external digital health organizations when applicable.
• Leverage agile and lean methodologies to test, learn, and scale.
• Define success metrics for all lifecycle phases including adoption, satisfaction, and utilization.
• Mentor junior product managers and contribute to wider strategy and culture.
• Work independently and communicate across organization levels.
