Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 7+ years in product management and/or clinical solutions.
• Strong customer/end user orientation with data-driven decision making.
• Experience using standardized product management frameworks (user research, opportunity sizing, business cases).
• Ability to articulate ideas effectively in writing and speaking.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional teams toward alignment in ambiguity.
• Track record of delivering products with financial impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead product vision, strategy, OKRs, roadmap, and execution across clinical programs.
