Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a strategic Lead Product Manager to own the full product lifecycle for clinical solutions that improve member and provider experiences.

You will guide vision, strategy and execution across design, engineering, clinical, operations, and analytics teams to deliver scalable programs. You'll translate insights into business cases, prioritize the backlog, and lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity while measuring adoption, satisfaction and utilization of the solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of product management and/or clinical solutions experience.
• Strong customer orientation with a data-driven decision making approach.
• Ability to articulate ideas effectively in writing and speaking.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional teams to alignment in ambiguity.
• Experience using standardized product management frameworks (user research, concept testing, opportunity sizing, business cases).
• Experience driving transformation and delivering products with financial impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead product vision, strategy, OKRs, and roadmaps across multiple clinical programs.
• Apply PM best practices including user research, concept testing, and business case development.
• Prioritize backlog balancing business objectives and customer insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine workflows and manage risk.
• Define data requirements with analytics and technology teams.
• Use a design-first approach to understand member and provider needs.
• Translate insights into customer-centric business cases and requirements.
• Drive iteration and decide to buy/build/partner using standard frameworks.
• Partner with external digital health entities when applicable.
• Leverage agile/lean methods to test, learn, and scale.
