Ladders is seeking a Remote Lead Product Manager to join our client in the Finance & Insurance sector. This role drives product strategy and execution for partner-facing financial products, with a strong focus on payments and money movement.

The position manages the full product lifecycle from planning through delivery, supporting and enhancing, partnering with senior leaders, development, QA, and account management to deliver reliable services and resolve issues.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in payments and money movement.
• 3+ years implementing and/or supporting ACH processing, including NACHA file formats.
• 3+ years implementing and/or supporting instant payments (OCT, AFT, Ecommerce).
• Experience managing API-based B2B services.

• Lead all stages of the product lifecycle, including modifications and maintenance.
• Ensure effective service delivery and project completion within budget.
• Analyze product requirements and develop delivery programs.
• Collaborate with senior management on product plans and roadmaps.
• Triage product defects and delegate resolutions.
• Work closely with development, QA, and account management teams.

For our client, we are seeking a Remote - Lead Product Manager to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will drive product strategy and execution for partner-facing financial products, with a strong focus on payments and money movement. The position will manage the full product lifecycle, from planning and requirements definition through delivery, support, and ongoing enhancements. You will partner closely with senior leaders, development, QA, and account management teams to deliver reliable services and resolve issues effectively.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $109,300 - $163,900 annually

• Experience managing API-based B2B services
