Value Innovation Labs is seeking a seasoned Lead Microsoft Power Platform Developer to own the end-to-end delivery of enterprise applications for a digital transformation initiative. This hands-on technical lead will gather requirements, design solutions, and drive deployment while mentoring client teams.

You should bring 10+ years of development experience, deep Microsoft Power Platform expertise, and strong Azure services and governance knowledge to deliver scalable, secure, low‑code solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise application development experience.
• 7+ years hands-on Microsoft Power Platform development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Strong expertise in Power Platform, Azure Services, and enterprise solution design.
• Experience leading end-to-end Power Platform implementations.
• Experience with RESTful Web Services, APIs, and data integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the complete implementation of Microsoft Power Platform solutions from concept through production.
• Gather requirements and design scalable technical solutions with stakeholders.
• Participate in architecture, design sessions, and effort estimation.
• Develop secure integrations between Power Platform and enterprise apps.
• Prepare deployment guides and API documentation.
• Mentor client personnel and promote configuration-based solutions.
