Ladders is seeking a Lead Portfolio Manager to guide portfolio operations across technology and quality engineering initiatives for a healthcare client. This role partners with leadership to translate strategic priorities into coordinated delivery outcomes in a remote US-based environment.

Responsibilities include leading Agile portfolio operations, coordinating PI Planning and governance, improving predictability, managing risks and dependencies, and driving continuous improvement across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, Business, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in portfolio management or related disciplines.
• 3+ years supporting technology organizations or transformation initiatives.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism.

Responsabilités

• Lead Agile portfolio operations for the Quality Engineering COE, aligning priorities with delivery outcomes.
• Coordinate portfolio operating rhythms, including PI Planning and governance forums.
• Partner with stakeholders to enhance delivery predictability and risk mitigation.
• Facilitate governance processes to align initiatives and funding.
• Track cross-team dependencies and risks affecting portfolio delivery.
• Support OKR tracking and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive accountability for operational and strategic commitments.
