Job summary

Hire Latam LLC is seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer to join our remote team. You will design, implement, and optimize enterprise applications using C#, .NET, Angular, and SQL Server, bridging legacy WinForms systems with modern cloud-native solutions in AWS.

You will work directly with US-based clients and cross-functional teams, owning architecture decisions, performance improvements, and production incident handling, while ensuring alignment with business goals and technical

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of professional full-stack development experience (7–8+ strongly preferred).
Deep expertise in C#/.NET and Angular for frontend.
Strong SQL Server design, performance tuning and query optimization.
Experience with Apache Kafka or similar event-streaming frameworks.
Ability to maintain legacy environments (WinForms) while building modern cloud-native apps.
Excellent written and spoken English with client-facing skills.
Capability to work 40 hours/week with overlap to US business hours.
