About our Client
Our Client is a premier technology consulting firm providing specialized software engineering, enterprise modernization, and cloud architecture solutions to enterprise clients across North America. Operating at the intersection of complex supply chain systems, cloud computing, and full-stack development, our client serves high-volume enterprise operations. Built on a culture of technical ownership, engineering excellence, transparent client communication, and pragmatic problem-solving, our client offers an environment where senior software developers manage high-impact architectures, modernize critical systems, and directly lead client-facing technical initiatives.
The Role
Our Client is seeking an experienced, proactive Lead Full Stack Developer (.NET / Angular) combining technical leadership instincts with hands‑on software development expertise. Reporting to the Consulting Delivery Lead, this engineer will bridge legacy enterprise environments (.NET Framework, WinForms, on‑premises systems) and modern architectures (.NET 10, Angular, AWS cloud services, Kafka event streaming). Operating directly alongside US C‑suite and engineering stakeholders, the Senior Developer will design new features, optimize SQL databases, lead system modernizations, and independently troubleshoot complex production challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Full Stack Software Engineering & Architecture
- Designs, develops, maintains, and enhances high-performance enterprise applications using C#, .NET, Angular, and SQL Server.
- Navigates both legacy systems (.NET Framework, WinForms, on‑premises infrastructure) and modern architectures (.NET 10, cloud‑native AWS deployments).
- Builds, optimizes, and maintains relational database schemas, complex SQL queries, and data access layers in Microsoft SQL Server.
- Develops and maintains event‑driven integrations and asynchronous messaging workflows using Apache Kafka or similar event‑streaming technologies.
Cloud Operations, Production Support & Technical Leadership
- Leverages AWS cloud services daily for development, deployment, pipeline integration, and cloud‑native troubleshooting.
- Investigates production incidents, analyzes application logs, and participates in root‑cause analysis and incident‑response sessions.
- Reviews user stories, development tickets, and technical specifications, proactively identifying information gaps and clarifying requirements.
- Demonstrates Tech Lead capabilities, taking full technical ownership of assigned features, architectural decisions, and code quality standards.
Client Communication & Consulting Engagement
- Interacts directly with North American enterprise clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions and project updates.
- Collaborates seamlessly with client engineering teams, technical leads, and product owners in an agile, distributed environment.
- Proposes practical, well‑reasoned architectural decisions and communicates complex engineering concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
