Compunnel, Inc. seeks a Lead Fullstack .NET Engineer to drive end-to-end architecture and hands-on development for enterprise-scale applications across Angular, .NET, and AWS.

You will mentor teams, shape technical decisions, and deliver cloud-native solutions with a focus on performance, security, and reliability in a remote work setting.

The Lead Fullstack .NET Engineer will serve as a 100% hands-on technical leader responsible for end-to-end architecture, development, and technical delivery of enterprise-scale applications across Angular, .NET, and AWS ecosystems. The role requires deep expertise in modern frontend development, particularly Angular, along with .NET, AWS Cloud, microservices, and cloud-native architecture. The engineer will actively contribute to coding, debugging, code reviews, architecture decisions, and troubleshooting while providing technical leadership, mentoring, and architectural guidance across multiple teams. This is a remote position requiring 12+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in architecture and technical leadership roles.

• Deep hands-on experience as a full-stack .NET engineer.
• Strong recent hands-on experience with Angular and modern Angular development.
• Strong experience with TypeScript, RxJS, NgRx, and Angular Material.
• Strong experience with .NET 8, C#, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework.
• Strong experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
• Deep experience with microservices and event-driven architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS Cloud and cloud-native application development.
• Experience with AWS services including Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, OpenSearch, SNS/SQS, IAM, and CloudWatch.
• Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines using Harness.
• Strong understanding of SOLID principles, Domain-Driven Design, CQRS, and software design patterns.
• Experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases.Strong architecture review, technical decision-making, coding, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
