Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Microsoft 365 engagements from discovery to handover.
• Advise executive stakeholders on modern workplace strategy and collaboration.
• Design SharePoint Online intranets, metadata, and permissions models.
• Develop Power Automate workflows and Power Apps integrated with SharePoint.
• Governance planning for Teams, OneDrive, and data protection policies.
• Conduct AI readiness assessments and migration planning.
• Lead migrations within Microsoft 365 and to the cloud.
• Define governance with Purview and compliance controls.
• Drive user adoption and change management initiatives.
• Contribute to pre-sales, workshops, and delivery methodologies.
• Mentor consultants and grow the US practice.
