Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Economics or Statistics; MBA and/or professional certifications preferred.
• 10+ years of professional Life insurance/financial services/consulting experience; consulting background preferred.
• ASA, FSA, MAAA designations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, reserving, ALM and actuarial software.
• Excellent communication, analytical and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead actuarial engagements as the client lead, review analyses and staff allocation.
• Coordinate resources, manage budgets and timelines, mentor junior staff.
• Drive business development and new opportunities through client relationships.
• Ensure quality of final deliverables and compliance with regulatory standards.
