RSM US LLP is seeking an Actuarial Consultant to join our Health practice within Risk & Regulatory Consulting. You will work on regulatory consulting and health insurance engagements, delivering analyses and reports for client success while advancing professionally in a collaborative team.

Candidate should have 5+ years in health actuarial roles, ASA/FSA preferred, and strong communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Economics, or Statistics; MBA and/or professional certification preferred.
• 5+ years of professional experience in state insurance department, health insurance company, financial services or consulting firm.
• ASA, FSA, MAAA designations strongly preferred.
• Experience with ACA and ACA pricing preferred.
• Experience with Medicare Supplement products preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as health actuarial consultant on client engagements including work on regulatory exams, rate filing reviews, special studies and research projects.
• Adhere to project budget and timelines.
• Communicate actuarial concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
