Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Manager, Leave & Benefits Administration to lead a team of five professionals handling employee benefits and leave programs. You will ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, ACA, and state leave laws while providing accurate and compassionate service.

The role partners with HR, payroll, legal, and vendors, driving process improvements and overseeing Workday workflows, open enrollment, and benefits administration to support a positive employee

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in benefits or HR operations.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, ACA, and state leaves.
• Experience with Workday and coordinating with vendors.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
