Job summary

Right at Home South Texas is seeking a Remote Lead Intake & Sales Specialist to own lead follow-up for San Antonio and Corpus Christi, Texas. You will call, text and email a high volume of leads, confirm financial feasibility, and book assessments for local directors.

The role requires excellent English, proven phone sales experience, and full-time availability on U.S. Central hours. Expect a base pay of 900 USD/month plus a per-client bonus with no cap.

Qualifications

• Excellent English, spoken and written with customers on the phone.
• Proven phone sales / appointment-setting experience and comfort with ~100 calls/day.
• Full-time availability on U.S. Central hours; reliable computer, headset, internet and quiet workspace.
• Competitive, organised and honest about your numbers.

Responsibilities

• Speed wins: first call within minutes of a new lead arriving; relentless follow-up until booked or closed.
• Qualify needs, hours, geography and decision-maker on every call.
• Book assessments for James (Care Director) and Shema (Growth Director); confirm the day before; recover no-shows.
• Log everything in our CRM the same day and report dials, contacts, bookings and starts daily.
