Job summary

Right at Home South Texas in the Philippines is seeking a full-time remote Inside Sales Specialist to call, text, and email families who asked about in-home care — and turn those conversations into booked assessments. This is a real sales seat, not a data-entry VA role.

You will be on the phone with American families during U.S. Central hours, handling up to 100 leads per day and documenting every conversation in our systems; pay starts at $900 USD/month base plus $50 USD for each assessment

Qualifications

• Excellent, near-native English; interview conducted in English.
• Inside sales, outbound calling, intake or appointment-setting experience; U.S. healthcare accounts a plus.
• Comfort working U.S. Central hours (night shift in the Philippines), full-time.
• Own computer, headset, quiet workspace, reliable internet and backup power.

Responsibilities

• Call up to 100 leads per day by phone, text and email, first call within minutes.
• Identify the family's care needs, hours, location, and decision-maker.
• Confirm payment source: private pay, VA benefits, or long-term care insurance.
• Book in-home assessments for the Care Director and Growth Director to close.
• Reactivate older leads who went quiet.
• Document every conversation in our systems the same day; report your numbers daily.
