Job summary

Right at Home in Corpus Christi is hiring a full-time Inside Sales & Intake Specialist to support families in Corpus Christi and San Antonio. You’ll work alongside our Growth Director, making up to 100 lead calls daily, scheduling in-home assessments, and driving follow-up with families and referral partners.

The role is in-office, based in Corpus Christi, with a base pay of $14/hour plus an $80 bonus for every signed client you book. Spanish a plus and healthcare experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication, spoken and written (Spanish a plus).
• Phone sales, intake, customer service or appointment-setting experience — healthcare a plus.
• Comfort with high call volume, daily targets and a CRM.
• Reliable, organised, and based in Corpus Christi — this is an in-office role.

Responsibilities

• Call, text and email leads all day — up to 100 lead calls a day, first call within minutes of a lead arriving.
• Understand each family's care needs, confirm the payment source, and book in-home assessments for our Care Director and Growth Directors to close.
• Own follow-up: reminders, no-show recovery, and reactivation of older leads.
• Light admin: answer office phones, keep intake records and the CRM complete the same day, help schedule assessments, greet families and referral partners who visit the office.
