Job summary

Fortune Brands Innovations is seeking a Lead Infrastructure Engineer to design and manage the backbone of their IT infrastructure. This role involves leading teams and ensuring the seamless integration of various technologies to support business operations. The position is remote with occasional data center visits.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in infrastructure engineering, including cloud platforms like Azure, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in designing scalable and secure infrastructure solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Excellent knowledge of enterprise data storage platforms (NetApp, EMC) and backup applications (Commvault).
• Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, and cloud compute services (Azure VMs, AVD).

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage FBIN's IT infrastructure.
• Develop scalable infrastructure solutions and promote integration strategies.
• Lead and mentor a team of infrastructure engineers.
