A financial solutions firm is seeking a Lead Generation Representative to take incoming cold calls and convert them into leads. This remote position offers flexible hours, Monday to Friday. Applicants must have excellent communication skills and experience in telemarketing, along with specific software requirements. If selected, candidates will complete a skill assessment as part of the hiring process. Additional qualifications include a good internet connection and the ability to follow application instructions.

Qualifications

• Must have DSL or Cable internet access with a Computer Headset.
• Experience in telemarketing for lead generation is required.
• Ability to use X-Lite 5 or Zoiper Classic softphone.

Responsabilités

• Take incoming cold calls to develop leads.
• Work with calling scripts and auto-dialer.
• Complete a 2 hour skill assessment.
